Coach Sahlfeld will take over as the frosh head coach in 2011. He will coach the frosh offensive line and linebackers. Sahlfeld served in a variety of capacities in two previous stints with the Tide from 1993-96 and 1998-2005. Coach Sahlfeld was member of Glencoe's 1986 State Championship team and then went on to a stellar career at Oregon State University. Sahlfeld also served as the head wrestling coach at Glencoe from 1999-2010. Coach Sahlfeld's wife Whitney is the Tide's Volleyball coach and the two are proud parents of Brody and Brock.

Coach David Kruse will be in his eighth season on the Glencoe staff. Coach Kruse was previously the head frosh coach, but in 2011 will serve as the frosh offensive coordinator while coaching the QB's & WR. He will also coach the C's & FS on defense. Kruse attended Portland State University where he played tight end for the Vikings. Coach Kruse and his wife, Stacy, have a daughter, Rylie seven and three year old son Conner.

The 2011 season will be Coach Peter Stein's fourth year on the sidelines for the Tide. He again will be a part of the frosh staff after assisting with the JV team in 2008. Coach Stein will coach the running backs and Safeties. He moved to Oregon in 2005 after visiting the Northwest with his wife Sam. Coach Stein teaches English and Credit Recovery at Glencoe and lives in Cornelius with his large family.

In 2011 Coach Dan Staul will move back to the sideline after serving in administrative role in 2010. He will coach the offensive line and defensive line. The 2011 season will be Coach Dan Staul's sixth season with the Crimson Tide. In 2010 coach Staul was a program assistant, overseeing the Glencoe Pee Wee football program. His duties included all youth football registrations;game day Pee Wee event coordinator and Glencoe football gear sales. Coach Staul had previously been a freshmen football assistant. Staul is a graduate of Hilhi. In 2003 he began working with the Glencoe security staff. Coach Staul spent the 2004 school year serving his country in Iraq. Coach Staul is married to his lovely wife, Matia.
